My name is Donna Armstrong. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a master’s in social work in 1994. I am a Certified Social Worker in Kentucky and have experience in a variety of settings - hospice and palliative care, case management, and community mental health.

I work with children, teens, and adults coping with grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, anxiety and depression, behavior issues, and low self-esteem. I believe in meeting you where you are and utilizing a client-centered approach. I utilize motivational interviewing, a strength-based approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
